• Civil Flow can provide on-site quality inspections of installation, review of contractors installation methodology and certification of performance according to quality  documentation provided such as ITP’s and ITC’s
• Independent inspection for product conformance or review of product quality characteristics including detailed review of MDR’s, type testing and material certificates  

• Providing Form 15 & Form 16 for construction works, inspection of civil and structural works to provide engineering certification and handover of works 
• Either one-off inspections or on-going routine inspections to audit and certify engineering works 
• Engineering sign-off on design plans, as-constructed packages or design variations 
• RPEQ certification services, including certification and sign-off for Queensland Civil & Structural Works  

Civil Flow can provide detailed estimating services for civil and pipeline works, including providing comprehensive bill of quantities, preparation of sub-contractor packages and building tender document packages 

Including progress claims, managing complex variations and review of technical specifications/ quality assurance documents
